Dr Rachelle Smith graduated from Monash University in 2012 and completed GP speciality training, FRACGP, in 2021. Prior to general practice, she worked across a breadth of medical specialty fields in a variety of hospitals and completed a Clinical Diploma of Palliative Medicine. Rachelle enjoys the complexity of general practice and providing care across a lifetime. Her professional interests involve women’s and children’s health as well as chronic disease management.

Rachelle is warm, caring and pays attention to detail. She now adds the experience of having a young family to her role as a GP. Her hobbies include drinking coffee whilst it’s warm, re-organising storage spaces and spending time with her extended family.
